Smelly Feet

Smelly Feet Home Remedies

Persistent foot odour can be dealt with by soaking your feet in strong black tea for 30 minutes a day for a week. The tannic acid present in the tea kills the bacteria and closes the pores to keep your feet dry for a longer period. Remember these are home remedies that you can try, whether they work for you is a different matter.

Dust your feet with baby powder or even baking soda to minimize sweating. Alternatively soak your feet in 1 part vinegar and 2 parts water to achieve the same results. In two quarts of warm water try mixing two tablespoons of Epsom salts to have clean and feet - this also helps to keep feet dry. Consult your doctor before using any over the counter creams or foot medication to combat the problem of smelly feet and also before trying out any home remedies.
